What technology do I need for virtual therapy?
Any computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone will work. I use a secure platform that is HIPAA-compliant and easy to access through your browser—no downloads required.
How often will we meet?
I typically begin with weekly sessions and gradually move to biweekly, monthly, or to as-needed basis. The frequency is centered around the level of support needed, and is discussed in the consultation call.
